4a. My article is very diverse. It’s about a New credit card, a hurricane and a shooting. These are all very recent events.

5a. I am very sad that there was another shooting. On a brighter side the new credit card is a cool improvement. The cards contain a microchip that makes it more secure. I am worried about the hurricane because it is becoming very powerful. It has winds reaching 130 mph.

6a. The shooting itself doesn’t affect the world but i’m not sure how many school shootings occur in different places. I personally wish they would stop. The credit card affects the world because they are used everywhere. It makes things more secure which is definitely good. The hurricane is mainly affecting the Caribbean region but is still dangerous to many people.

4a. The article is about the iPhone 7. It is mainly about new features of the phone. There are 4 main new hoped for updates.

5a. I personally would like to see the updates mentioned. The updates include: all-day battery, unbreakable, improved storage and wireless charging. I think they would be great improvements to the iPhone line. I hope to get the iPhone when it comes out. There is no release date yet.

6a. I don’t really know about the impact. I guess improved battery might keep people on their phones more. That may not be a good thing. Wireless charging is probably a good improvement. I don’t see how that could be bad. These are just HOPE-FOR improvements.

Lead #1. As a result of amazing test the last three years a new lunch policy will go into effect for all students excluding freshman. The lunch period will be extended by 10 minutes to give the students a 45 minute lunch.

Lead #2. Rock Hill will be receiving another super Wal-Mart by May of 2006 due to their growing community. The community members have started a petition and will hold a town meeting because they fear the Wal-Mart will hurt local businesses.

Lead #5. As a result of a careless smoker, $76,000 in damage was caused to a two bedroom house in Los Gatos at around 3:30 a.m.. Firefighters were on the scene and had the blaze under control quickly, luckily the homeowner only suffered minor burns.

4a. My article is about a new TV that is 85 inches. It is the world’s first 8k TV. It cost 130,000 dollars to buy.

5a. I Think that it’s very cool. I feel that it is kinda stupid to have a TV that big. I think that it definitely cost way too much. This event doesn’t affect me. Quite frankly I don’t think i’ll have money to waste like that.

6a. This doesn’t really affect the world. I don’t know actually how to relate this. It is mainly for businesses that would like big TV’s and can afford it. Most people won’t be able to afford this independently.

4a. My article was about a pillow fight at west point. Over 30 cadets were injured in the fight . 24 of which suffered concussions.

5a. I think its ok for the pillow fight to happen but they should check the pillows to make sure theres nothing in them.I think its bad that this happened at west point. It shouldn’t happen at a military school. This doesn’t effect me directly. The problem is that these are the future leaders of the military.

6a.It doesn’t effect the world just the U.S. really. It effects the U.S. because it makes west point look bad. This might make other countries think that the U.S. is weak. We have to have the best leaders because thats how you win wars. I think this needs to be handled quickly.
